  • Landscape | 08/06/2026

    Bloomistry is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to help manage our team in Ashland, VA. This is a leadership role for someone who knows the trade and knows how to manage a team. We offer expert training to help you grow further with our team, but we're looking for someone who already brings landscaping management experience to the table.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead and manage a landscape crew on day-to-day installation and maintenance projects

    • Oversee project timelines, task delegation, and job site workflow

    • Communicate directly with customers to ensure expectations are met and projects run smoothly

    • Train and mentor crew members, including newer team members learning the trade

    • Ensure work meets Bloomistry's quality standards from start to finish

    Skills and Experience: 

    • 2-3 years experience in landscaping management preferred

    • Proven team management experience

    • Project management experience

    • Strong, customer-facing communication skills

    • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented


    What We Offer:

  • Landscape | 08/06/2026

    Bloomistry is looking for a Landscape Technician to join our team in Ashland, VA. No experience necessary; we're looking for someone self-motivated and hard-working who wants to grow their horticulture skills. If you're eager to learn the trade and build real, hands-on experience working with plants and landscapes, we'd love to have you on our team.

    What You’ll Do: 

    • Assist with landscape installations, including plantings, mulch, hardscaping, and general site work

    • Learn proper techniques and best practices for horticulture and landscape maintenance

    • Work alongside the Crew Lead and other team members to complete daily job site tasks

    • Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized worksite

    Skills and Experience: 

    • Prior experience preferred but not required

    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

    • Interest in growing your horticulture and landscaping skills

    • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work outdoors in all seasons

    What We Offer: 

    • Part-time position starting at $17/hr, with room to grow based on experience and performance
