Our Founder
Conner Parrish
Over the last three years, our founder, Conner Parrish, has taught over 40+ garden and conservation related courses in the Richmond area, with a focus on connecting people back to nature through practical and foundational environmental knowledge.
“After the sudden loss of my father at an early age, I have been on a life mission to better myself and the natural world around me. Originally my company was created out of my passions for nature and beekeeping.
Beekeeping became my reprieve from corporate burnout and personal grief. Flower farming naturally followed to feed my bees, and I became aware of the deeply interconnected networks of nature in my own backyard.
After several years of practice, I made it my mission to protect and conserve the backbones of our natural world by educating my local community with thought-provoking, practical, and achievable advice.
We practice a pay-it-forward ideology, and give a portion of our profits to conservation efforts, as well as hosting free, community-based educational programs.”
